Project: Pinecrest (ground up mixed use development)

EDC Advisors was involved in all aspects of the project from securing financing, master planning, development, leasing and marketing. Pincrest, located in Orange Village, Ohio was the largest ground of project in Ohio in 2017. The $250 million project opened with 350,000 square feet of retail, 150,000 square feet of office, 125 apartment units and Marriott AC Hotel. Pinecrest includes first to the market retails such as REI, Pinstripes, Indochino, Whole Foods, Silverspot Cinemas and more. 

Client: Colleton River Club (Bluffton, South Carolina)

Project: Execution of single-family lots

EDC was contracted by the Colleton River Club on the execution of available single-family lots. In 2019 lots were being sold for a dollar. Club executed a real estate deal with EDC to develop homes and sell lots. Today the average price of a lot is $250,000 and new homes are selling starting at $1.6 million+. The Colleton River Club is located in Bluffton, SC.
